Modern house on a farm near to the beach of La Pedrera (Rocha) The estate has a total superficie of 11,5 ha. It is near to the national road 10 (on the coastline) and about 12 km away from La Pedrera in direction to Cabo Polonio. Both of the two houses a nearly new (one year old).
