TUSCAN ESTATE
INCLUDING WINERY AND RESTAURANT
Background:
The Castle was first mentioned in documents from the year 912; the discovery of a Roman wall under the Castle confirms a much older age/existance. The Estate was restored in the nineties, totally renewing its infrastructure and creating 14 apartments and houses, an underground garage as an exclusive swimming pool.
All of the residences were sold to an Italian and international clientele, who use their homes for vacation purposes.
Furthermore, a state-of-the-art wine cellar and a high-level restaurant were added in 2001.
